MARLO BY MARLO

Marlo by Marlo was born out of a desire to break the mould, to take the road less travelled and to never settle for less. A beautiful homegrown success story - Marlo by Marlo was born on the floor of Marlo Grover’s Sydney apartment. Established in 2019, every Marlo by Marlo garment is designed and handcrafted in Sydney and is 100% #AustralianMade. The garments are crafted to empower #NaturallyDaring women, with every garment purchased contributing to supporting other women in small business.

SUSTAINABility FOR THE FUTURE

Half of Marlo by Marlo’s debut collection is made-to-order, this means when you confirm your purchase, that's when the production starts; handcrafting garments for people who invest in and love them throughout all seasons and years. This reduces wastage, prevents landfill and stops over production; all other 100% linen garments are available in limited sizes.

Release 1 heroes natural fibres for quality wear, timeless design and sustainable consumption. With 90% of Release 1 produced using natural fibre, garments have a long life span and can be worn year after year prolonging the lifespan of a garment and minimising purchase of additional garments. It also means garments can be upcycled in the future or passed on to last generations.

Marlo by Marlo use recycled paper and cardboard, produced in Australia for personalised, handwritten thank you cards and garment swing tags. Garments are wrapped by hand in recyclable, acid free tissue paper using soy ink, Made in Australia and sealed with a recycled paper sticker using soy ink. Final packaging involves garments being boxed in a recyclable box made with recycled materials, or in a fully biodegradable and compostable Australian produced satchel.
